To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
We kindly ask customers to carefully check all outdoor products such as tents, awnings, and accessories before first use to ensure everything meets expectations.

- Items must include all original parts, accessories, and packaging
- Products must not show signs of heavy use, damage, or modification
- Proof of purchase is required for all return requests

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method (Visa or MasterCard).
5. Exchange Policy
