All orders are processed within 4–7 business days before shipment.

During busy periods or promotional seasons, processing times may take slightly longer. Every item is carefully checked and securely packed before being dispatched to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

We offer two reliable international shipping options:

Standard Shipping (DHL / FedEx)

  • Delivery time: 7–14 days
  • Shipping fee: $12.95
  • Includes tracking for real-time updates

Free Shipping (EMS)

  • Delivery time: 12–24 days
  • Free for orders over $50
  • Tracking available for all shipments

3. Shipping Coverage

We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and remote regions.

If your location cannot be serviced, you will be notified during checkout before completing your order.


4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping Threshold

  • Standard DHL/FedEx shipping fee: $12.95
  • Free EMS shipping for orders over $50

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment at any time until delivery.


6. Delivery & Signature

For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
